Spain Starts Process On to Electronic Law Enforcement

At the end of 2013, the Spanish Parliament certified the Law for the Promotion of Electronic Invoicing plus the Concept of an Accounting Register of Invoices in the Public Sector (Law 25/2013 of December 27, 2013).
